Madoc - 1st Wednesday of each month, St. John's Anglican Church Hall
Marmora - 2nd Wednesday of each month, Marmora & District Community Centre
Stirling - 3rd Wednesday of each month, St. Paul's United Church
Tweed - 4th Wednesday of each month, St. Edmund's Hall - Stoco
Dinner is served at 12:00 noon and the cost is $7.00 per person.
Please bring your own dishes, cutlery and coffee or tea cup.
Blood Pressure Clinic
No Appointment Necessary- No Charge
Regular monthly monitoring of your blood pressure in a comfortable, friendly setting.

Foot Care Clinic
Madoc at 47 Wellington Street the first Thursday of every month beginning at 8:00am.
Care includes Diabetics, Corns, Foot Soak, Ingrown Nails, Calluses and More. Fee $25.00
Indoor Walk Program - no Charge
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:45 -10:45 a.m.
Evenings - Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings 6:45 - 7:45 pm

Line Dancing
Keep active with our Line Dancing classes! Gather once a week and enjoy one hour of
line dance instruction and great fun. Then, once a month the group enjoys a
nutritious lunch together.
Join us every week for fun and exercise at our Line Dancing Program. Fee: $15.00 per month

Friendly Active Living Program
This exercise program was created by the Centre of Activity and Aging that is
comprised of ten simple, yet progressive exercises, designed to enhance and maintain
functional fitness, mobility and independence. We encourage these exercises be done
daily in the home support to build balance, confidence and strength.
No exercise equipment needed - just 10 simple exercises.
Wednesdays at 10 am, Trinity United Church Davidson Street Entrance, 76 St. Lawrence East
Once a week - $2.00 / session
