SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING

Enhanced Individual support will be provided on a one on one basis for individuals with a diagnosis of a developmental disability, who are hoping or needing to move into their own residence; who have the skills but require additional help to function independently at home with choices, including daily living skills, money management, work, volunteer opportunities and leisure activities.
