The 7th Annual Madoc Easter Egg Hunt was an overwhelming success. Who would have thought that 7 years ago such a small gesture by Katherine Morton and Jenn Empey would escalate to full house at the Kiwanis Centre?

It was hard to tell who was having so much fun searching for Easter Eggs, the children or the Adults (children at heart). Along with the Easter Egg Hunt there were several games and activities inside. Face painting, children's bingo, fishing pond, bean bag throwing, and many other activities.

Three Bikes were also given away along with many other prizes.

The Community would like to thank Katherine Morton, Jenn Empey and the many volunteers that helped them make the Easter Egg Hunt such a huge success and another reason for living in the Best Darn Town - Madoc. It should also be noted that Katherine and Jenn donated $1,000.00 from the proceeds to the Tri Area Medical Centre.
