The Municipality of Centre Hastings held their official opening of the Municipal Office. In attendance was MP Daryl Kramp and M.P.P. Leona Dombrowsky as the two levels of government paid 1/3 each of the cost of the building.

Several residents attended the ribbon cutting along with dignitaries.

The Municipality of Centre Hastings celebrated the official opening of their new Municipal Building and Council Chambers on Furnace St. The Infrastructure Stimulus funding was provided by 3 levels of government. MP Daryl Kramp, Reeve Tom Deline and MPP Leona Dombrowsky hold the ribbon as Doug Parks performs the official cutting. Council members Deputy Reeve Tom Simpson, Councillor Dave Schulz, Councillor Shelby Kramp-Neuman, Councillor Mike Kerby, Clerk Matt MacDonald, Treasurer Bonnie Jones.
