Gravel Road Grading Update

The Municipality of Centre Hastings would like to advise residents that, with improving weather conditions, our Roads Crew will begin gravel road grading operations starting tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Recent dry weather has allowed road conditions to reach a point where grading can be completed effectively and safely. Crews will be working throughout the Municipality over the coming days to restore road surfaces and improve driving conditions.

We appreciate your patience during the recent wet weather and understand the impact it has had on our gravel roads. Our team will be working diligently and, in some cases, working extended hours to catch up.

Residents are reminded to use caution when traveling on freshly graded roads and to reduce speed where necessary.
