Request Congratulatory Certificates

• Residents: Individuals who live in Centre Hastings.

• Businesses: Commercial, professional, home-based, or not-for-profit businesses operating in Centre Hastings.

• Birthdays: Starting at age 75, and every five years thereafter (80, 85, 90…).

• Anniversaries: Starting at 50 years of marriage, and every five years thereafter (55, 60, 65…).

• Business Milestones: From grand opening or re-opening, and every five years afterward (5, 10, 15…).

• Requests can be made by family, friends, or associates of the person or business being celebrated.

• Council members cannot submit requests on behalf of recipients.

• Requests should be submitted at least two weeks before the milestone.

• Proof of residency or active business operation may be required.

• They can be mailed or presented in person, depending on what the requester prefers.

• No certificates will be issued during municipal election periods to ensure fairness and impartiality.
